Course policies

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.

An instructor is in the water or on the deck for every in-water skill. Parents and guests are welcome to wait in the lobby. Please do not watch from the pool deck during class.

Wear a swimsuit or swim shirt you can move in, and bring a towel and a change of clothes. Tie long hair back. We provide the manikins, rescue tubes and backboards.

A course asks you to attend every session. If you will be late, call or text us before the start. If you miss part of a session, we move you to the same part of the next course.

Please stay home with a fever, a stomach bug or anything that spreads, and tell us so we can move you to the next course.

We text everyone when the pool closes for weather, repairs or a holiday, and the session is made up.

Tell us at least a week before the first day if you cannot come, and we move you to a later course.

Please keep phones in your bag during class. They are welcome in the lobby, and the instructor will say when a break is.
