Yoshio opened Tower after many seasons guarding and then managing pools in Kansas. He teaches the lifeguard course himself, runs the skills check at the end of it and still takes a turn in the water at every swim test.
Instructor, first aid and CPR
Jaspreet teaches first aid and CPR and runs the recertification days. He likes to start each class by asking what students would do first, and then walks through why.
Instructor, water skills
Kolby coaches the water skills: entries, carries and the rescue tube. He ran the guard team at a summer camp before he started teaching, and he watches every rescue drill from the deck or the water.
